If you are a security researcher or UpTicker customer and think you’ve found a security issue or vulnerability, we appreciate your help in disclosing it to us in a responsible manner. Please don’t access or modify data without permission, and act in good faith not to degrade the performance of our products, apps and websites.

 

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability or have a security incident to report, let us know at info@uptickerapp.com. Please include a detailed description of the possible vulnerability and an email address where we can reach you in case we need more information. We'll work to assess your report as quickly as possible. If you’d like, you can download our public PGP key and use a third-party encryption site to increase the privacy of your report.
